OnePad Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to OnePad! By using our task management service with AI assistant Ally, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our service. We recommend reading this document carefully before starting to use OnePad.

2. Service Description

OnePad is a task management platform specially designed for people with ADHD and anyone who wants to improve their productivity. The service includes:

• Task management with smart prioritization
• AI assistant Ally for productivity help
• Pomodoro timer and focus techniques
• Productivity analytics and gamification
• Cross-device synchronization
• Google Calendar integration

3. Registration and Account

• Using OnePad requires account registration
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining your password security
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• One account per person
• Minimum age to use: 16 years old

4. Acceptable Use

When using OnePad, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not violate the rights of other users
• Not upload malicious or illegal content
• Not attempt unauthorized access to the system
• Not use the service for spam or unsolicited messages
• Not use automated tools without permission

⚠️ Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Use of AI (Ally)

AI assistant Ally uses Claude technology from Anthropic. Important to understand:

• AI recommendations are advisory in nature
• Final decisions are always yours
• AI may make mistakes or inaccuracies
• Do not use AI for critical decisions without verification
• Your AI messages are processed to improve responses
• Do not share confidential or secret information with AI

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights:

OnePad, including code, design, logos, and content, is protected by copyright and is the property of OnePad. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

6.2 Your Content:

You retain rights to content you create in OnePad (tasks, descriptions, notes). By providing us with content, you grant us a license to store and process it to provide the service.

7. Paid Services and Subscriptions

• Some OnePad features require a paid subscription
• 7-day free trial available for new users
• Prices are shown including all applicable taxes (unless otherwise noted)
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

8. Limitation of Liability

OnePad is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Data loss due to technical failures
• Consequences of AI recommendations
• Temporary unavailability of the service
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time through settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Access to the service will be disabled
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Paid subscriptions are non-refundable for violations

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
