2.3 AI Interaction Data:

OnePad uses Anthropic (Claude AI) to power the Ally assistant. When you interact with AI features, the following data is sent to Anthropic for processing:

• Task titles and descriptions you create
• Messages you send to the AI assistant Ally
• Calendar event titles (for scheduling recommendations)
• Work preferences and patterns (for personalization)

This data is processed in real-time and is not stored or used for model training by Anthropic. You consent to this data sharing when you agree during onboarding.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Providing and improving the OnePad service
• Personalizing AI recommendations and suggestions
• Synchronizing data across devices
• Sending important service notifications
• Analyzing usage to improve the product
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We use the following services to operate OnePad:

• Supabase - data storage and authentication (servers in EU/US)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) - AI-powered task planning, chat assistant, and calendar analysis. Receives task titles, chat messages, and event titles. Data is processed in real-time and not stored or used for AI model training
• Netlify - application hosting
• Stripe - payment processing (PCI compliant)
• Google - calendar integration (only with your explicit consent)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Export your data (data portability)
